A Sodexo Reward Pass can be used to purchase a wide range of products and services from branded and non- branded outlets that are affiliated to Sodexo for accepting the Passes in place of cash payments.
With the Sodexo Reward Pass one can choose and purchase from over 1000 product categories ranging from Apparels & Footwear, Jewelleries & Watches, Electronic Goods, Home Appliances & Consumer Durables, Travel Packages, Books & Music Items, Leather & Luggage items, Restaurants & Fine Dining, etc

What is a Sodexo Reward Pass Merchant Outlet?
A Reward Pass Affiliated Outlet is any establishment, which is under a contract with Sodexo to honor/accept the Sodexo Reward Pass. Such outlets sell their products or services in exchange of the Sodexo Reward Pass. There are over 3.600 Sodexo Reward Pass affiliated outlets spread across the nation.

How to get the Reward Pass Merchant Directory?
The Reward Pass Merchant Directory comes along with the Reward Pass.

Is there any way of knowing the Merchant Outlet details apart from the Directory?
Yes, one can visit the website www.sodexhoindonesia.com and go to the Merchant List section for getting access to the all Indonesia Merchant Outlet database.

Is there any validity period for usage of the Sodexo Reward Pass?
Yes, each Sodexo Reward Pass will be having the valid till date mentioned on the front side. Validity period can vary from shortest 10 month to the longest 16 month depend on the emission date.

Can the Sodexo Reward Pass be used only by the recipient or can it also be used by his/her family members?
The Sodexo Reward Pass can be used by the recipient as well as by any of his/her family members. Any person possessing the Reward Passes can use the same in any of the affiliated outlets. Hence the recipient needs to be careful with his/her Reward Passes to ensure that the Reward Passes do not get to the hands of any unintended user.

What to do if my Reward Passes are lost/stolen/damaged?
The recipient will be solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper usage of the Sodexo Reward Pass issued to him/her. In the eventuality of loss of the Reward Passes there will be no replacement or compensation.
However, in case of voucher damage, replacement may be possible after proper verification of the damaged vouchers and endorsement by the issuing organization to the satisfaction of the Customer Relation Management team of Sodexho associated with the issuing organization.

Can I recommend any addition to the affiliation outlet list?
Yes, if you specifically want any outlet(s) to be included in the Sodexho affiliated outlet network, you can communicate the same via a mail to cs@sodexhoindonesia.com.
